There are two kinds of traditional Chinese massage techniques used at Maple Massage: the "Tui na" and the "Zhi Ya". Tui na involves stretching, kneading, and pushing the muscles, while Zhi Ya involves pressing and pinching acupressure points to relieve stress and pain. Each technique helps the body to release more hormones, improve blood flow, and boost energy or recovery.
